Disable unused programs that run on startup

-Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc or right-click the lower-right corner of your screen and select Task Manager.

-Startup tab.

-Right-click the unused program and select Disable.

Disable shadows, animations and visual effects

-Type search box sysdm.cpl and press Enter.

-Advanced tab 

-Settings in the Performance section

Launch the Windows troubleshooter

-Type troubleshooting into the search box

-Troubleshooting Control Panel


-Run maintenance tasks
